We are excited to have Brandi Moziak, PA-C starting to see patients on April 15th. Brandi specializes in Pediatrics. If your child is due for their well visit, please give our office a call to schedule. As a reminder, all Ashley Bissinger's pediatric patients have been reassigned to be under Brandi’s care. If you were under Ashley’s care as an adult your new provider has been assigned as Paige Yates, PA-C. Paige started seeing patients at Lifeway Health Family Practice in February. Dr Lydia Elliott will be transitioning from Lifeway Health Family Practice starting on May 1, 2024. Lydia will be moving into a Functional Provider role and working strictly with Lifeway Functional Health. For all of Lydia’s family practice patients, you can choose to see one of our other providers- Derek Riseden and Paige Yates.

LifeWay Health wants our patients to know that the Board of Pharmacy’s recommendations for prescribing controlled medications require controlled substances and certain other medications to be refilled in person every 3 months. You may be asked to schedule a visit before your next refill so please call the office if you need to schedule the appointment BEFORE you are due for a refill.
