Membership Plans at LifeWay Health

LifeWay Health is proud to offer you several membership options to make it even more convenient for you to take advantage of our services. The membership plans are NOT required for you to be seen at LifeWay Health. Spread the cost of your services over the entire year.

Our medical membership plans are great for you if you have no health insurance or have a high deductible health insurance plan designed to provide coverage in cases of catastrophe like a bad wreck or surgery. Our plans give you access to personalized regular preventative health primary care.

The plans for other services are extremely personalized. We cannot give you exact pricing because it depends on the individual case. Be sure to ask us about using your health savings account (HSA) to pay for your membership.
